1. Go to your Personal Messages folder and open the Personal Message


2. Press the keys "Apple + Shift + 3"


3. Your Mac will automatically save your screenshot on your desktop "Picture 1.png"


4. Go to http://tinypic.com/ and press the "CHOOSE" button, then press "open"


5) Press UPLOAD NOW!. It will bring up a CAPTCHA box, enter the Captcha and press UPLOAD NOW!


6) After a short time, you will end up with a page like this. Find the direct link, and copy it (hold command and press C)


7) Go to the thread you wish to post the image in (or private mesage), and in the body, paste the link (hold command and press V). It should look like this:

8) Once you hit reply or send message, it will appear like so:
