Why Is My Jmod Different Then Others? - Topic

If you search jmod in this forum, I noticed that everyone's jmod only has 60ish chance to block. I always thought monarchs only has 60ish chance to block and I never saw smite damage on monarchs before either. But then again I never found a jmod before either until now. Y does mine have smite damage and others don't? Just need some info. Are the other one's duped? cause I know mine is real.

smite only shows up if you're on a pally because only pallys have that skill
and the 75% chance block is because of holy shield
