1V1 AMIES WORLD ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT

min applicants: 24 people
max applicants: none
the duel will take place today sunday at 7:00PM EASTERN USA/CAN TIME, if you are not on time for your duel it will be resulted as a loss. so i suggest you arrive 5 minutes previous or decide to join only if you think you will be on during that time frame.
channel: Op aa_ this can be used to contact your duelers and keep in touch with the players. you can also pm me if there are any questions.

all duels are first to 5.
players will randomly be matched up
if ever there is a odd number of people still left(3), it will result into a 1v1x2 duel where whoever comes out most victorious is the winner and will be awarded with the prize.

WARNING:
this is my version of 1v1 tournament, please be cautious that this is for fun (i know fun is hard to accept and some people might even want to look up the definition) so please keep that in mind and be polite and courteous to other players.
recent study show that these dont happen very often because people tend to get so worked up over their own ego that they fight with one another for hours over nothing,
in result of it not for filling the reason the tournament was originally made for. so if you have nothing nice to say i would suggest keeping it to yourself.

also on another note since i am the host, i will not partake in this or these series of events, but i would love to host a few of these if people like the result of it.

GENERAL RULES:
- duel starts when both players say go (one person saying go and another person saying go after 10-15 seconds is not saying it at the same time)
- no l8zr dueling, any duel lasting 10minutes or more is commonly know as such.
- No hacks of any kind
- Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in a dq
- All absorb has limitations per class/build.
- No more than 75% poison reduction is allowed.
- 85% resistance cap may not use 85%resis + sorb
- luna and rising sun count as 20% absorb
*80/20 is not allowed (80 res of one element along with 20%absorb of same element)
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No Prebuffing
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Guardian Angel Armors.
- No Naked killing.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters.
- No Money Takers.
- Ties are ties not first kill
- A maximum of one poison small charm per inventory
- Ias and r/w have no caps
- no in game techniques are banned however housing/boxing/overly defensive play could result in a dq (this doesnt mean you have to tele stomp sins on a sorc, its a catch all rule to eliminate ppl who duel from cold plains)
- No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
- Towning is infact a loss/death, accidental or not.
- all dmg reduced by integer (ie: mdr) is capped at 15
- no healing period wells/pots/holybolt/shrines all will result in a dq
- no immunity glitching(ww, corpse, blade fury, flamebellow, trang, etc)
- no aura stacking
- no Holy Freeze (Vs Ias).
- putting mana potion or arrows in moor is not allowed

SORC-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No max res or absorb gear when using energy shield
- No mana potions if ur es is above 80% (if asked for s/s of it u must provide)
- dr%+es% cannot be over 117%.

NECRO-SPECIFIC RULES:

- Recast of bone armor and golem is allowed
- Bone prison is allowed (not vs. non-teleporting characters)
- All Curses allowed Except Iron Maiden, Life Tap, Decrepify
- No corpse skills are allowed
- Fire golem + dwarf star is allowed (not vs. fire trappers)
- Hotspurs are allowed

DRUID-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No Thunder Gods.
- No Snow Clash.
- Wisp Protector and Dwarf Are allowed.
- Recasting Cyclone, Wolfs, Sage, Ravens, and Hurricane Are allowed.
- Wind druids may not use hotspur's

ASN-SPECIFIC RULES:

- c/c sins may use *1* raven/wisp/dwarf(dwarf cant be combined with waterwalks)
- c/c sins may not use tgods/hotspurs/infernos
- Weapon-shield assassins may use infernos and tgods but may not have a c/c swap

BARB-SPECIFIC RULES:

- 2 ravenfrosts (unless wearing stacked 250+ to cold res) then 1x raven is allowed only
- No hotspurs
- May use infernos
- May use tgods

AMAZON SPECIFIC RULES:

- All items which grant a chance to cast amplify damage are banned for amazon class
- Hotspurs allowed (bowzons only)
- Slow missile not allowed
- No Fort + Tgods
- No fort + wisp
- 1 ravenfrost allowed on stacking amazons (250+ cr stacked)
- 2 allowed on non stacking amazons
- Cs Zons can use infernos

PALADIN SPECIFIC RULES:

- Using a Resistance Aura Counts as a Sorb Item.
- No 85+resistance and % sorb
- Meditation/prayer/ any healing aura is not allowed
- Cleanse is only allowed when cursed, if caught healing with cleansing, it will be an automatic dq
- No life tap.
