I think theres a glitch that only gives +7 if you use two of them. That and +6shout>+1-2BO anyways.

but a 3bo cta still gives 4 to bo since it's +3bo and 1 to all skils

use 1hoto and 1cta
hoto is to keep up ur res when wsging and
hoto gives + to shout, cta doesnt
