I know of course it's missing the 18% fcr but no 18% fcr amulets could spawn with high life/mana and all resists. You could prove me wrong but you better produce a screenshot because in 2 years I haven't seen one except d2pk.

The 8% fcr is no different than the 10% fcr on rare amulets in my own calculations. Because you still need the 10% fcr.

Either way depending on what you need, either using a circlet or wizzy gloves would make this amulet gfg.

Waiting on Ladder to reset so I don';t have to use a circlet inside of 5 nado pelt. Its w.e. wizzy gloves are so godly its worth the 80 fg lol.

The fact that it is lacking strength could greatly affect your build. It is a very gg ammy, high life / res / gfg mana, but.. tbh, mana doesnt really matter on a druid. @_@
Mana pots fix that haha.

But, overall, I would probably not use it - I am more of a legit kind of guy - NN wiz gloves :P and fuck circlets haha
