flashcards are actually legal (people always mistake them as illegal), its illegal to download games and shit tho even tho we still do

no retail places sell them because who ever buys them are obviously just going to download games so then everyone would have them and no one would be buying games



i take it u want to play a game on ur pc or psp and i dont know about wether or not u can still play online
