You can ENTER with ANY amount of money but you can only get a MAX of 5M as a drop.
Or that's what I got from it..

How do they work that if someone goes in with BCP, Tassets and AGS.
They can't just drop 5m cash, and none of those items are worth 5m or less.

After Jancx post, I think it is simply a fake.

You can get 50%-80% of that drop with the limits of 5m. I have no idea how it'll work.
