Hey Folks,

In the interest of saving everyone's time, I'm writing up this guide to answer one particular question.

Mutables
What are they worth?

Mutables tend to follow a pretty standard value structure. Given that at least half of the PC's requested in the PC thread are for mutables, I thought I'd provide you with the general outline that I use. That way, everyone can PC the majority of their own mutables, cutting down on the number of PCs needed. It will also help newcomers decide which items are worth saving for muting and which can be safely shrined.

Some important things to keep in mind:
  • As always, a PC is a general guide. The object of this is to provide a fair value guideline. Only you can decide what you want/want to pay for your mutable. The final result comes down to what agreement can be reached between buyer and seller.
  • The market and demand are constantly changing. Check the MP for items similar to yours and see what else is out there. Finding nothing close can be a good indication of high demand.

The Magical Tier Quick Reference:

Magical
Rare
Mystical
Angelic
Mythical
Arcane
Legendary
Godly
Epic
Relic
Artifact
Unique

The following are the mutables that I keep, as well as their approximate BASE values. Read to the end! This is a 4 step process! Anything less than what's listed I generally shrine.

STEP 1: Get Base Value

# Tier 3 - Lvl 5
Angellic+ - 10+ (by 5s)

# Lvl 10-15 Items
- Angellic - 20+ (by 5s)

# Lvl 20-25 Items
- Mystical+ - 20+ (by 5s)

# Lvl 30-35 Items
Rare+ - 20+ (by 10s)

# Level 40-45 Items
Magical - 25
Rare - 35fg
Mystical+ - 50+ (by 20s)

# Level 50+ Items
Magical - 30 fg
Rare - 40fg
Mystical+ - 70+ (by 20s)

STEP 2: Adjustment
Ok, now that we've got the base value for our item, its time to apply a little adjustment.

If your item is a charm, Lvl 40+: Add 20 to your current value

STEP 3: Rarity Adjustment
For high end mutables (Lvl 30+, Mythical+) You'll want to bump it up a bit more for the rarity.

# For Lvl 30 - 35 items:
Mythical: +5
Arcane: +10
Legendary: +15
etc... (by 5s)

# Lvl 40 - 45 items:
Mythical: +15
Arcane: +30
Legendary: +45
etc... (by 15s)

# Lvl 50 - 55 items:
Mythical: +30
Arcane: +60
Legendary: +90
etc... (by 30s)

STEP 5: Final Adjustment
Due to demand, some items need to be adjusted a bit further.

If your item is a Scale/Leather Armor, knock the value down to 1/2. (multiply by .5)
If your item is a Robe, knock the value down to 3/4ths. (multiply by .75)
If your item is a Club, Staff or Chain, reduce it to 90%. (multiply by .9)

And there you have it. Is this final value a cold, hard, set in stone figure? Absolutely not. It's a guideline.

Repeated Disclaimer: Remember, a PC is a general guide. The object of this is to provide a fair value guideline. The final result comes down to what agreement can be reached between buyer and seller.

That's all there is to it! Now you can PC your own mutables! Enjoy!
