If your have a trouble removing a file because it says you that Access is danied or used by a program, there is very easy way to remove the file.

These are the steps.

1) Remember or write down on a paper the correct location/path of the file. (D:\Downloads\Favorites\)

2) Close any background programs you have got. (MSN/ICQ and so on)

3) Click Start button - Run- Type in Cmd and Ok.

4) Right after we opened the CMD we open another window called Task Manager by pressing and holding ALT+CTRL+DEL

5) We choose the Processes window and find the file name "Explorer.exe" click on it/choose and then click end process.

6) Press and hold alt+tab to switch into the CMD window, once you open it, you type inside: DEL Filename.ending WHERE Filename.ending (DEL This.exe D:\Downloads\Favorites\ This.exe)
Then press enter Type y and enter again.

(if the file you are trying to remove is not located on your windows disk, the CMD might say that it can't find the file in the windows disk, just ignore this)

7) you can close the CMD and switch/open task manager back choose the applications window, press "new task" and type explorer.exe then Ok, and thats it smile.gif
