While no doubt fish oil is very good for you, i am reserved to eat it because of the detrimental state the world's oceans are in. They are being picked clean. I think with the proper farming techniques you can get just as quality fat and oil from fowl and bovine, even butter. Most people would think against lard, but the longest lived people in the world of Okinawa consume lard in great quantity compared to almost anywhere else.

i take flax seed oil but animal pak has most of the fatty acid oils so i stopepd taking flax seed oil lol...

Flax seed has the most omega-3's of anything that isn't processed. Also high in fiber. Why not take them?

what are you trying to say? You do know its also not good to over dose on vitamins and fatty acids.. animal pak already has alot of vitamins / fatty acids

It is extremly challanging to eat too many flax seeds. They aren't that amazing that you would ever want to eat anywhere near a harmful ammoubnt of them. Trust me, no body in today's society gets the ammount of vitamins they need but it is very east to get too much of the pill form. Vitamins from plant and animal form is much better for you in any case/

I take fish oil supplements and a "Men's multi-vitamin" ( assorted vitamins)
