And with the updated ladder slasher, the original guide is now out of date and does not work.
However, do not fret!
There is a way!
Step One First, we need to find the item number. The easiest way to do this is to put the item onto the market place.
You can then have a friend buy the item and sell it back to you, or else buy it yourself on a seperate character.
Once you have successfully put it up and it has changed owner at least once, check your gold logs.
The top transaction will be the item you just traded and the item number is in the comment.
Copy the number and move on to step two
Step Two Now that we have the item number, we have the hardest part complete
Simply hold the "Ctr and "F" keys on your keyboard. This will open your find feature on your browser.
Paste the item number into the box that opens up and find matches.
You have two options to search:
1. Work your way back from the start and find the earliest transaction you did with it.
2. Guess around where you think you first traded it and start working back from there.
Eventually, you will find the first transaction you did with that item, which if bought, will be how much you paid for it.
This search is very simple and very useful. And now up to date
