I thought B was just a label since you said Act 1 (H) H2H B" TC is upgraded to Act 5 (H) H2H C" TC.
It is just a label. I was not sure what the B stood for thus the ? at the end of my statement.

But you wrote "In TreasureClassEx.txt file "Act 1 (H) H2H B" TC has group=7 and level=66.", so you said that a hell TC has group 7 which is normal difficulty?
The grouping i believe is based on monster type and the 7 refers to the fallen group. The name fallen is the generic name for Fallen, devlinkin, ect. This is a "normal" mode name. The level part makes it hell mode because of the 66 in the level.

For Good and Equip C you wrote the same thing, 'This is the chance that the fallen critter will drop from this selected TC with the probability to lower the starting TC at a high rate'. Also I dont understand what is meant by "probability to lower the starting TC at a high rate".
The drop sequince has a selection in it to lower the TC. In the selection of "16/71 for dropping from Act 5 (H) Equip C" there is the option within that drop group to change the TC selection. It is rather High (bolded part below) to lower the TC and rather small (underlined part below) to upgrade the TC. The exact 16 choices from act5 (h) equip C are:
* 2/1565 for dropping from weap81;
* 1/1565 for dropping from armo81;
* 6/1565 for dropping from weap84;
* 3/1565 for dropping from armo84;
* 15/1565 for dropping from weap87;
* 8/1565 for dropping from armo87;* 1530/1565 for dropping from "Act 5 (H) Equip B"

Theres other stuff I dont understand but its too complicated and tiring to think about.
If you dont ask, you will never know. If I am not having this stuff make sense to you, let me know. I know that this stuff is very confusing for anyone just getting into this. It might be best if you get the ATMA program so that all the text files used for determining drops are available to you without having to get some sort of MPQ extractor. Once you have the text files, you can open them and peruse them on your own time.
