Rules:
- no hacks/bug abuse/rage/flame/spam/nk/leaving town after death/afk during tvts
- no excessive defensive play (repl life, regen mana abuse)
- no jumping (everyone says go before duel starts)
- no precast (casting and going back to stash)
- no recast bone armor/cycloon armor
- no usage of pots/slow/knockback/slower missiles/vigor desync/decrepify/iron maiden/bone prison/holy bolt/items with <tab> charges
- no more replenish life than 22 (this includes auras: no hammers with prayer skilled)
- no more than 80% max res (85% vs fb)
- no more than 25% psn reduce with 80% res, max 75% psn reduce for bowas with 75% psn res
- the team with the most players after 5 minutes wins, else we have a draw
